Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Terms: On accounts where credit has been approved, terms are 1%-10 OEM, net 30 days. All export orders are net terms. Chargebacks will be made for unauthorized deductions. Buyer is liable for and shall pay all taxes or charges imposed by local, state or federal government which are payable by reason of sale or delivery made by us.
Trade Customs: All sales are subject to recognized paper trade customs, including overruns and underruns. Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing.
Cancellation: An order once placed with and accepted by us can be cancelled only with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify us against loss.
Liability: We will not be liable for any default or delay arising from out of cause or contingency beyond our control or the control of our suppliers affecting either ourselves or our suppliers.
Standard Packing: All products are sold in standard packaging as per our price list. No broken packages will be supplied. The second dimension of the sheet size listed herein denotes grain direction unless otherwise specified.
Cutting: Minimum cutting charge is $45.00 or $35.00 per hundred pounds., whichever is higher. Not all papers are suitable for cutting, nor can absolute size be obtained on certain papers. Please inquire.
Claims & Returns: All claims of any nature pertaining to shipments must be made in writing within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise; otherwise claims will not be allowed. In the event of damage incurred in transit, a description of visible damage should be written on the truckers delivery receipt at time of delivery and damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier. Although Legion can not be held responsible for any such damage, we will provide any information and assistance necessary with filing a claim. We can not accept any claims reported beyond a 15 day period from receipt of order. No claims will be allowed after the paper is cut, printed, punched, or otherwise altered. No returns will be authorized without approval and special order items can not be returned. All cancellations of stock items by customer will be subject to a 15% reconditioning charge plus freight both ways. Please call for a return authorization number and the return shipping address. No order can be returned without a number.
