A History of Excellence
This year,
Cartiere Magnani celebrates its 600th birthday. Among their customers
have been many of Europe's reigning families and governments. Other
notable customers have included Napoleon Bonaparte, who selected the
mill to produce a special watermarked paper for the announcement of his
wedding with Maria Luisa D' Austria. (The original mould is still held
at the mill.) |
